Database Analysis and Review
How healthy is your ACT! database?  If you needed a backup are you sure that you could access it?  Does your ACT! database really help you achieve your sales goals or is it just an “electronic rolodex”?
  To help answer these questions and many more, ActSource has created the Database Review.  With the Database Review, an ACT! Certified Consultant from ActSource will become a full partner in your sales success.  We will meet with your key personnel to discuss any outstanding ACT! problems or issues and agree on a plan to resolve them.  We will discuss your sales goals and make suggestions designed to help you achieve those goals.  We will also: 
  • Run several ACT! diagnostic procedures designed to improve the performance of your database.
  • Verify your data backup procedure, and test to insure that it is working as designed.
  • Analyze data integrity and make recommendations designed to clean up data.
  • Analyze database usage to insure that your users are entering data regularly and completely.
  • Discuss reporting or other needs to insure that you get the full value for your software investment.
 The Database Review is offered for $250.00.


Sage Software is on track to bring out a full new version of ACT! every fall with new features and enhancements.  Throughout the year Sage will issue updates and hot fixes that resolve specific issues that arise post shipment.  If requested ActSource will perform our Update Service for 20% off the regular hourly rate on the same visit as the Database Review.
