ActSource provides full consulting and tech support for all ACT! versions.  ActSource offers the services of an ACT! Certified Consultant with many years of experience resolving ACT! issues.  When you choose support from ActSource you work with a consultant that is familiar with your database, people, processes, procedures and past issues.  ActSource provides local support within the the Twin Cities and upper Midwest.

ActSource offers ACT! Tech Support for $45 for the first 30 minutes and $125 per hour for additional time with billing in 15 minute increments.  Most issues can be resolved remotely without the delay or expense of an onsite visit using GoToAssist from Citrix.  Onsite visits require a two hour minimum charge of $250.
