**TopLine Design - One of the most exciting new features in ACT! (version 10.03 and higher) is the ability to add Custom Entity Tables. Custom Tables allow you to track more than just Contacts and Accounts. With Custom Tables you can track Equipment Sold, Support Contracts, Support Tickets, Projects, Investments, Policies, Property Managed, and much more. TopLine Design provides a user interface and eliminates the need for custom programming. This product will dramatically transform the way you use your database.

**TopLine Dashboard – Since 2008 ACT! has offered customizable dashboards, but for some clients they have proved to be limiting. ACT! dashboards are limited to the Activities and Opportunity Tables. If that meets your needs, great. If not look at TopLine Dashboards. With TLDB you have access to most ACT! tables including any custom tables. TLDB is a also great reporting tool.

**TopLine Alerts – Current versions of ACT! allow for scheduled backup of your database, but what if that procedure fails and continues to fail, would you ever know? TLA alerts you via email to a number DB events including Activities, History, Opportunities, and failure of the backup procedure. A must have capability.
